SETA - Shanghai Elite Training Academy latest information

The SETA Program has leaped forwards rapidly in 2007, with some terrific new additions to the existing SRC Tennis Program. SETA is an Elite Academy that is directed by SRCA Head Tennis Professional Conrad Singh, allowing for SRCA Members to be involved in Elite Training Programs designed specifically for High Performance Tennis. The new invitational programs which have been added to the Elite Player Pathway in 2007 are;

  • Future Stars (5 – 8 year old program for Talent Identified SRCA Members)
  • Talent Academy (9 – 12 year old program for Advanced SRCA Members)
  • Performance Academy (13 – 17 year old Tournament Player Development for SRCA Members)

These Programs incorporate the key areas of Technical, Tactical, Physical and Psychological skill development and act as the stepping stones to the very successful Part Time Program (PTP) in which invited players are aspiring towards a competitive career in Tennis. The PTP program is a USA College Scholarship Recognition Program with players preparing for the ITF Junior and Senior circuit; establishing the foundation for an opportunity to pursue a Professional Career in Tennis.

The SETA Program has been running for over 2 years now and has had over 80 players train in SETA here at our World Class SRCA Facility. These players have ranged from SRC Junior & Senior Members, International Juniors, Chinese National & Professional players, USA College Teams, USTA players, Top National Juniors, ITF World Junior ranked players, WTA & ATP Traveling Professional Players and Japanese National Teams. SETA also provides the opportunity for Individuals pursuing a career in tennis to come to SRC training in a Home Base Intensive Program for short periods of time. These programs are tailor made to each individual and are available to all serious players upon request.

The SETA program is proud to announce some very exciting latest news;
